LaundryWizard© Troubleshooting Guide

The LaundryWizard web site relies heavily on 2 key browser components. 'Javascript' and 'Cookies' are widely used by the majority of transactional domains to enhance and direct the user experience. If you are having trouble logging into your account, getting ejected from your account, administering your LaundryWizard listings, or conducting general business on the site, your web browser's 'Javascript' and 'Cookie' settings may be to blame. Below, you will find more information about Javascript and Cookies, as well as instructions on how to configure these components for compatibility with LaundryWizard.

What is 'Javascript'?
JavaScript is a programming language that is mostly used in web pages, usually to add features that make the web page more interactive. When JavaScript is included in an HTML file it relies upon the browser to interpret the JavaScript. JavaScript code forms part of the HTML page and can be used for example to respond to user actions such as button clicks or to run processes locally or validate data. With JavaScript, there are many opportunities to enhance a web page with interesting elements.

What are 'Cookies'?
A cookie is a file sent to a web browser by a web server that is used to record activity on a web site. This might be information which the user has supplied about themselves, their preferences or their requirements via forms input. The server records this information in a text file and stores this file on the visitor's hard drive. When the visitor accesses the same web site again, the server looks for the cookie and configures itself based on the information provided. In short, cookies enable web sites to remember your previous visits.

NOTE: Your LaundryWizard experience may also be adversely affected by other factors such as connection speed, image download settings, the presence of old cache file, as well as firewall, anti-virus, and pop-up blocking software. If you are still having problems after enabling Javascript and Cookies, we recommend you turn off any preventive software you may be using, and empty your browser cache.
