Who is behind LaundryWizard?
LaundryWizard was created by Laundry Industry professionals for Laundry Industry professionals. Owned and operated by a respected commercial laundry equipment distributor and coin-op laundry owner.


Why should I use LaundryWizard?
Lets face facts. Advertising arenas for the coin laundry business are few in number and great in cost. The 2 major paper publications focused on the laundry industry charge hundreds of dollars for minimal page space. The result of large overhead expenses and limited competition. Now LaundryWizard brings the online revolution to the coin laundry industry. We keep our overhead low in a growing internet niche, and pass the savings on to you. Now you can advertise your business, sell your property, and correspond with like minded industry professionals for pennies on the dollar, compared with conventional print advertising.


Is LaundryWizard really a FREE service?
If you were to create your own business web site, sell your property at online auction, or join a ubiquitous internet community, you would eventually pay for potential and possibilities. You would bear the cost of hosting fees, or auction fees, or membership fees, and the list goes on. At LaundryWizard, all of our online advertising, listing, and information services are absolutely free to use, for all coin laundry business owners, professionals, product or service companies, and associations, who have joined the LaundryWizard community. NO membership fees, NO advertising fees, and NO hosting fees. We believe in a performance driven revenue approach based on reliability, integrity, and good common sense. We specialize in the coin laundry industry, and our mission is to put your business in front of people who want it. As a result of our continuing operations, you will receive qualified messages in your LaundryWizard mailbox from parties or individuals interested in your products or services. These 'leads' may be inquiries regarding one of your classified listings, or a brochure you've uploaded, maybe a store for sale, or your member business profile, etc... When you receive such a lead, LaundryWizard will notify your private registered email address, so you can log into your LaundryWizard account and take advantage of this immediate opportunity. All we ask for our efforts are a few dollars payable at point of delivery. In other words, the choice is yours, to buy a lead or not. It is important to understand that only the first, or initial, message from any NEW source is considered a 'lead'. Any further correspondance with that source is FREE of charge. Individual lead acquisition fees range from about $2 to $5, but monthly payment plans are available for high volume members.

Do you have a Credit Policy?
Our goal is providing you with valid and actionable business leads related to your listings. Nevertheless, we recognize that these leads may contain bogus names, phone numbers, and email addresses, as well as message content unrelated to your listing. If you find that one of your purchased leads contains fictitious or unrelated information, we welcome your refund request. We will honor a 100% refund on all refund requests we determine to be valid. Simply go to our Contact Us page, select "Refund Request" from the dropdown 'Subject' menu, and enter the contact and message information of the lead to be refunded. We will review your request, and either grant or deny the refund, within 24 hours. Should we deny your request, we will inform you of the reason for denial. When your refund request is granted, your credit card will be receive the refund amount within 30 days. Leads that meet any of the following criteria will be considered for a refund:
  1. Message content unrelated to your listing.
  2. Invalid or fictitious contact information:
    • eMail Address
    • Contact Name


Is there a cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer credits or refunds on Monthly and Annual subscriptions. Nor do we offer a credit or refund for lead messages received through a subscription membership. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you can simply select the 'LEADS ON DEMAND' message access preference in your 'My Account' area at the end of your subscription term, and you will be reverted to purchasing message access one-at-a-time. Alternatively, you can edit your credit card number with invalid information and when automatic subscription billing fails your membership will revert to 'LEADS ON DEMAND'. To request the cancellation of your Monthly or Annual subscription, go to our Contact Us page, select "Cancellation" from the dropdown 'Subject' menu, and explain your reasons for cancellation. We will process your request, and cancel your subscription within 24 hours.


How do I get started with LaundryWizard?
The quickest way is to register your business in our industry directory and create a company profile. Then, you can easily access all of LaundryWizard's listing utilities, everytime you log into an online membership management session. You'll never have to associate your contact information with individual listings, and you'll be able to edit and administrate your listings with a convenient personalized interface.


How will people find my LaundryWizard listings?
Put our online experience to work for you. We employ standard methods and practices used throughout the internet industry to attract niche business professionals to our web site and your listings. Every day we have a steady flow of browsing visitors. Every week we see new company profiles added. You can find LaundryWizard referenced in every major search engine, and with a number of laundry industry related directories.


How can someone contact me about a listing?
For every listing you add to the LaundryWizard system, whether its a classified ad, a store for sale, or your business directory company profile, we will attach a contact form to the bottom of the listing details display. Browsing web site visitors or active LaundryWizard members interested in your listing can send a secure email message with questions or offers to your LaundryWizard Mailbox, without exposing your private email address or business phone number.


Will I be notified when I receive an inquiry?
Absolutely! As soon as someone sends you a question or offer regarding one of your listings, we will send a message to your private registered email address with a quick description of the 'lead'. There will be a link in that email that will take you to your LaundryWizard account so you can access the message.


Can I track the 'activity' of a listing?
Using Listing Activity Reports you can track the number of 'views', 'clicks', and 'leads' any of your listings has received. A 'view' record is generated whenever a browser sees your listing title in a collection of listings, such as what you get when you browse brochures. A 'click' record is stored whenever someone clicks on your listing title to find out more. A 'lead' record is created when someone sends you a message regarding your listing using the contact form at the bottom of your listing details display. Its important to understand that 'views', 'clicks', and 'leads' are unique and original browser impressions, meaning that only the first time someone sees your listing, clicks for more information, or sends you a message, will details about that visitor be saved. Those details include: the date and time of the actvity; the IP Address of the browsing visitor; and the web page the browser came from to get to your listing (if any). You can review Listing Activity Reports from the 'My Listings' area of any listing utility (ie. 'Classified Listings'). Or, if you want to examine reports from a snapshot view of all your listings, use the 'My Account' utility.


Can I edit or change my listings?
Once you create a listing, you can easily modify that listing by clicking an available 'edit' link in the 'My Listings' area of any listing utility, and completing the succeeding form. However, after you make any changes, your listing will temporarily be placed on 'Hold', and await content review. This process of approval is for your protection. We want to earn your trust that LaundryWizard listings DO NOT contain slanderous, libelous, profane, or pornographic material, and bring you only the most business relevant offers and information available to the industry.
