NORMAN MARTIN OF MONARCH INDUSTRIES RETIRING AUGUST 1ST
Norman A. Martin will be retiring from a long held position with Covington, Kentucky’s Monarch Coin & Security. Norman is seen as someone with wide knowledge and industry background about locks, keys or any security matters. He is also very knowledgeable about the vended laundry industry’s history in general.
Martin has been a regular and much appreciated contributor of articles to the News. He has also been something of an advisor and sounding board for our staff on industry problems. Norm assures us he will continue to offer his writings to the News as ideas come to him.
Norman has an inoperable medical condition making it better that he remain at home rather than having the short commute to the factory. He tells us he also will remain available for duty to watch over his “grand babies” whenever that service is called for.”
